Personalized gifts are produced after your order and any required design approval. For products fulfilled by Printful, standard production typically takes 2–5 business days. Actual production times can vary by item, availability, and season.

Shipping and delivery estimates

After production, domestic US shipping generally takes an additional 1–8 business days for Printful-fulfilled items. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Your product and checkout pages will show available shipping options and applicable costs for your address; larger items, multiple packages, and remote destinations may cost more or take longer.

Delivery estimates begin after production and any required artwork approval. We cannot guarantee delivery by a particular holiday or event unless a guaranteed service is explicitly offered at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items, destination, and available carrier services. Any free-shipping promotion applies only when its conditions are displayed at checkout. Taxes and other applicable charges are shown before payment.

Tracking and split shipments

When your order ships, available tracking information will be shared with you. Items may ship separately from different production locations and may arrive on different days.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please verify your address at checkout. Contact us promptly about any correction or delivery issue; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact support with your order details so we can investigate.
