Terms of service
Personalized artwork
Portrait Atelier offers AI-assisted artwork created from photographs you supply. The artwork is not represented as an original hand-painted piece. Review and approve the preview before purchasing.
Your content
Only upload photographs you have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful material or content that infringes another person’s rights. You retain rights to your uploaded photographs; processing permission is limited to providing your requested service.
Prices & payment
Product prices are displayed in US dollars. The final checkout shows available shipping, applicable tax and any accepted discount. An order is confirmed only when our commerce service records it successfully.
Approval & production
Artwork approval is recorded in your account. Print files must meet the requirements for your selected product before production. If a problem prevents fulfillment, contact support to discuss the order and any refund.
Support & disputes
Use support for order issues, corrections and refund requests. Your rights under applicable law are not limited by the support process.
