Information we use
We use your account details, uploaded photographs, artwork selections, delivery address and order information to create and fulfill your custom artwork. Card details are entered through Stripe and are not stored by our storefront.
Photo processing
Uploaded photographs are checked for file safety, re-encoded to remove embedded metadata and stored privately. The art generation service receives the photograph to create the requested preview. The production supplier receives the approved print file and delivery details needed to fulfill an order.
Control over your artwork
You can delete unapproved artwork from your account after generation finishes. To request deletion of approved artwork, account information or order-related records, contact support. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
Cookies & analytics
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your shopping bag. Optional analytics are off unless you opt in. We do not use your photographs in public marketing without separate permission.
Privacy requests
Use the account support form for access, correction or deletion requests. We verify the requesting account before disclosing or deleting personal information.
